This policy explains how Missed Call Killer handles information when you text or call a phone number operated by Missed Call Killer on behalf of a Business Client. By calling or texting one of these numbers, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Missed Call Killer as described below.
By calling or texting a phone number operated by Missed Call Killer, you expressly consent to receive one or more text messages in reply from Missed Call Killer, on behalf of the Business Client you contacted, regarding your inquiry. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
When you call or text a Missed Call Killer-operated number, we collect your phone number, the content of your messages, and any details you share (such as your name, service needed, or address) in order to respond to your inquiry.
We use this information solely to: reply to your missed call, understand what service you need, schedule an appointment with the Business Client, and pass your request along to the Business Client. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Missed Call Killer does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your information only with the Business Client you contacted (so they can complete your service request) and with our service providers (Twilio for messaging, Anthropic for conversational processing, Google for calendar scheduling) solely to operate this service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
